Somethin' keeps him movin'
But no one seems to know
What it is that makes him go
Then the lights begin to flicker
And the sound is getting dim
The voice begins to falter
And the crowds are getting thin
But he never seems to notice
He's just got to find
Another place to play
Anyway
Got to play
Anyway
Got to play
But no one seems to know
What it is that makes him go
Then the lights begin to flicker
And the sound is getting dim
The voice begins to falter
And the crowds are getting thin
But he never seems to notice
He's just got to find
Another place to play
Anyway
Got to play
Anyway
Got to play

Greg Howe Playing "Sunny"
December 12, 2007After hearing "The Pepper Shake" and learning that Greg Howe idolized Larry Carlton, I was completely blown away. I can say that his gravitation toward jazz sets him apart from the other shredders in that his playing shows the most influence from that genre.
I remember the album "Tilt" where he played and Richie Kotzen played like Allan Holdsworth.
Even if I really like everything shred (including those who cover the masters really well in YouTube), I’d like to admit that Greg Howe is my favorite shredder.
Here’s Greg jamming to the tune "Sunny." Too bad the rhythm guitar sounds too loud over here.
